Cindi Hutchinson, RN

Cindi exemplifies a wealth of Knowledge after serving for 50 years in many different roles in the medical field. As a nurse, Cindi spent many years at the bedside treating patients in various trauma units, ICU, oncology, to name a few.  Her many roles facilitated her to develop quick and accurate decision-making skills and high performance during high pressure moments.  Cindi thirsted to take on various roles and no challenge was too great, and she strived to achieve more roles.

25 years ago, she left the bedside to serve in many leadership positions.  Her roles included ensuring the quality of care delivered to patients and working with physicians to mitigate risks in her hospital and ensuring compliance with regulatory practices.

Cindi worked throughout the pandemic as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Risk Management, Quality Director and Director of Infection Control ensuring that the hospital complied with safety practices to keep staff, patients, and visitors healthy and safe.  Her roles also included making certain all certifications and CMS regulations were compliant.  Throughout her career she embraced the challenges of the healthcare field and worked tirelessly for quality improvement and quality of care.
